Delivery Charges

Dear Customer,

I just want to personally explain to you that during these very challenging and uncertain times and especially with the new lockdown rules, we have seen a drop in the number of customers coming through the doors to our shop, yet at the same time, a 200% rise in online and home deliveries.  This change has meant that we have had to get additional vans and drivers to meet the new demand at a substantial strain on the financial structure of the company.  As a result, we have found it necessary to introduce a small delivery charge for deliveries over 2km from our shop.
